✅ Academic & NEET-Related Documents

1. NEET UG Admit Card
   • Download from NTA official website.
   • Keep original and 2 photocopies (colored preferred).
2. NEET UG Result/Scorecard
   • Shows your NEET score and All India Rank.
   • Keep printed and soft copies ready.
3. Seat Allotment Letter
   • Issued by MCC, AACCC, or State Counselling authority after seat allotment.
   • Download and take a print as soon as available.

✅ School Education Certificates

1. Class 10th Marksheet & Certificate
   • Verifies your Date of Birth and education history.
2. Class 12th Marksheet & Certificate
   • Crucial for eligibility.
   • If not yet issued, carry provisional result or admit card and provide undertaking.
3. Passing Certificate (if issued separately)
   • Some boards like CBSE (older batches) provide this separately.

✅ Identity & Proof Documents

1. Passport-Size Photographs (8–10 copies)
   • Same as used in NEET application.
   • No photocopies allowed; only original prints.
2. Photo Identity Proof
   • Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport / Driving License
   • Must match the ID used during NEET registration.
3. Date of Birth Certificate
   • Only if DOB not mentioned on 10th certificate.
   • Obtain from local Municipal body.

✅ School Transfer & Board Documents

1. Transfer Certificate (TC) / School Leaving Certificate (SLC)
   • Issued by your school after 12th.
   • Ensure it’s signed and sealed.
2. Migration Certificate
   • Required when shifting board/university.
   • Obtain from your 12th board (CBSE, ICSE, or State).
3. Character Certificate
   • From school/college.
   • Should not be older than 6 months if not from institution.

✅ Category & Quota Documents (If Applicable)

1. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC)
   • Issued by competent authority.
   • For OBC/EWS: Must be issued after April 1 of the counselling year.
   • Central format required for All India Quota.
2. EWS Certificate
   • For candidates under Economically Weaker Section.
   • Must be recent and in government-approved format.
3. Domicile Certificate
   • Mandatory for state quota counselling.
   • Issued by District Collector / SDM office.
4. Minority Certificate
   • For candidates applying under Muslim, Jain, Christian, etc. minority quotas.
   • Issued by Waqf Board / Religious Authority / Minority Welfare Department.
5. Parents’ Income Certificate
   • Needed for scholarships or fee waivers.
   • Issued by Tehsildar/SDM.
6. ESIC Certificate
   • Applicable only for ESIC quota candidates.

1. Gap Certificate (if any gap after 12th)
   • Notarised affidavit on ₹20–₹100 stamp paper.
   • States that the candidate was not involved in illegal activity.
2. Anti-Ragging Affidavit
   • Separate for student and parent.
   • Required by almost all medical colleges.

3. Bond Affidavit (if college requires it)

4. Medical Fitness Certificate
