📘 Course Enrollment Criteria (Based on Elective Completion Status):

NCISM has categorized students into three cases for determining the minimum number of elective courses they must complete in the 3rd Professional Year:

Case 1: Not Enrolled in I and II Professional Electives

  • Students must enroll in a minimum of 9 elective courses
  • These should be selected as three electives from each section

Case 2: Not Enrolled in II Professional Electives

  • Students must enroll in a minimum of 6 elective courses
  • Two electives from each section are required

Case 3: Already Enrolled in I and II Professional Electives

  • Students must enroll in minimum 3 and maximum 5 electives
  • One elective from each section is required

⚠️ Important Notes from NCISM:

  1. Students can select electives from all Professional levels under the 3rd Professional Elective List.
👉 This is the final opportunity to complete the required electives to be eligible for the Final University Exam.

  2. Failure to complete at least three electives during a professional year will result in the elective marks not being added to the viva of that subject if the courses are completed in later sessions.
