Due to pending litigation regarding OBC reservation in Madhya Pradesh, MPPSC has adopted a formula where results are declared for 87% of posts (Main Part), while 13% of posts (Provisional Part) are kept on hold until the court verdict.

3. Detailed Eligibility Criteria
Before applying, ensure you meet the specific eligibility requirements calculated as of 01 January 2026.
A. Educational Qualification
- A Bachelor’s degree in Ayurveda from a university established by law and recognized by the CCIM.
B. Registration (Mandatory)
- You must have a Permanent Live Registration with the Madhya Pradesh Ayurvedic, Unani & Nature Cure Board.
- Crucial: This registration must be valid on or before the last date of application (12.04.2026).
C. Internship
- Your rotating internship must be fully completed by the last date of online application (12.04.2026).
D. Age Limit & Relaxations
- Base Age: 21 to 40 Years.
- Relaxation (Up to 5 Years – Max Age 45): Available for MP Domicile candidates belonging to:
- SC / ST / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)
- Govt / Corporation / Board / Autonomous Organization Employees
- Women (Unreserved & Reserved)
- Divyangjan (PwD)
- Ex-Servicemen (Deduction of service period allowed; resultant age shouldn’t exceed limit by >3 years).

4. Exam Pattern & Selection Process
The selection is a two-stage process. Marks from both stages determine the final merit list.
Stage 1: OMR Based Written Exam
- Type: Objective Multiple Choice Questions.
- Marking: Correct answers award marks, but there is Negative Marking for wrong answers.
- Objections: After the exam, a provisional key is released. Candidates can object within 5 days by paying ₹150 per question (plus portal charges).
Stage 2: Interview
- Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview in a ratio of 3 times the number of vacancies.
- You must produce all original documents at this stage.

6. Exam Day Guidelines (Important)
The notification specifies strict rules for the OMR exam:
- Black Ballpoint Pen Only: You must use only a black ballpoint pen to darken circles. Pencils or ink pens are forbidden.
- Prohibited Items: Calculators, Mobile Phones, Smart Watches, Whitener, Erasers, Blades, etc., are strictly banned.
