- Institutes that have not uploaded student data on the Ayush Grid Portal or whose admissions have not been approved by NCISM must visit the Exam Cell with proof of admission for verification and approval.
- From the A.Y. 2024-25 onward, failure to submit data as per NCISM guidelines will lead to penalties of up to ₹1,00,000 per day as per Regulation 3(4) of NCISM (National Examinations for Indian System of Medicine) Regulations, 2023.
- Payments for penalties must be made through NEFT/RTGS into the NCISM fund.
