Eligibility Criteria & System Rules

• Merit System: Eligibility status is entirely determined based on the All India Rank secured in the NEET 2024 examination by applicants who have successfully passed their 1st Professional year of the BAMS Batch 2024-25.
• Tie Breakdown: If total applications surpass the open vacancy count, the order of merit is explicitly determined by the All India Rank achieved in the NEET 2024 Examination.
• College Clearance: The candidate must mandatorily supply a No Objection Certificate (NOC) directly from the college attended for completing the 1st professional year, authorized by a competent signing authority.
• University Clearance: Applicants must additionally acquire a separate No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the specific university to which their parental college is affiliated.
• NIA Jaipur Waiver: No separate NOC is expected to be collected from the National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur, as this primary notification stands officially as the valid NOC.
• Dual Campus Selection: Candidates seeking to be considered for allocation across both campuses must supply separate NOCs for each facility or a single consolidated NOC specifying permission for validation at both institutes. Allotments are managed by merit and preference order. Modifying selected choices after form submission is prohibited.

Financial Structure

• Processing Fee: A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 5,000 must be cleared online during step-by-step form completion.
• Final Admission Migration Fee: The selected candidate must pay a migration processing charge of Rs. 15,000 along with other active institutional fees matching the valid schedule.
• EWS Validation Rules: The EWS Category validation certificate must be compiled based on the Financial Year 2025-26 and must be explicitly valid for the year 2026-27. Documentation from previous cycles will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Postal Dispatch: Send the completely filled physical application form and self-attested document copies through Speed Post or Registered Post to:

Parameters for Automatic Rejection

Applications are liable to face summary rejection based on the following structural errors:
