🔍 What is NTET?

NTET stands for National Teachers Eligibility Test, a national-level qualifying exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for postgraduate candidates in the AYUSH stream — namely Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy. This test ensures a standardized minimum qualification for teaching roles in AYUSH colleges.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification:

• Postgraduate degree (MD/MS) in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, or Homoeopathy from a recognized institution.
• Final year PG students (after 30 months of course duration) can also apply.

2. Minimum Qualifying Marks:

• A minimum of 50% marks in the NTET is required for qualifying.
• No rounding off will be allowed. If a candidate scores 49.9%, they will not be considered qualified.

• Duration: 2 Hours (120 Minutes)
• Total Questions: 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
• Marking Scheme: +1 for correct answer; no negative marking

NTET 2025 will be conducted in 40+ cities across India including:
Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chennai, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Patna, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Guwahati, and more.
